Post-Production

Picture Farm boasts two offline edit suites and a host of finishing and effects resources for broadcast commercial advertising, web content creation and film post production.  Perfectly situated at the current digital crossroads of photography and filmmaking, Picture Farm is a fully operational creative editing battle station.

One of our prime directives is to take on as many interesting projects outside the standard-operating-procedure as possible.  Not only does it broaden our horizons by introducing us to a slew of creative thinkers and their varied processes, it simply makes us feel good.  Case in point is a number of art videos Todd recently produced with Marilyn Minter.  The first, a series of falling letters bespoke made for the Whitney Museum, debuted at the 2011 Whitney Gala.  The second couple premiered at Marilyn’s opening at Salon 94 in the Bowery.  Todd went to the set during production and lent some post-oriented perspective and then spent hours with Marilyn in Studio B, crafting the visual feel via color, visual effects and editing.  They then spent a few more days recording, discovering, and manipulating sonic elements for the sound design.
